Plantain covered Chocolate This idea randomly came to me! I had a friend over for a quick snack when she accidently added some dark chocolate to her hot fried plantains. I was surely an interesting combination that noted immediately! She said the 90 percent chocolate taste was too much for her. (Eyeroll!) For me, the darker is the better!
