Vegan fried apple French toast
I went overboard buying apples last week, they were my daughter’s favorite fruit last week until cherries two days ago.
Since I am not the one to let perfectly good fruits go to waste, I decided to whip up some fried apples. They were so good!
Having them combined with French toasts, it’s a match made in the Heavens!
I had fried apples for the first time when I was this undernourished foreign student in Delaware. This family took me under their wings and made it a point to introduce me to great American comfort food!
Of course, I loved every single bit!
Delicious, caramelized, spicy apples! Yum!
Let’s make some French toast!
