Six-ingredients oil-free Granola 💝
This granola is super delicious, healthy and easy to make!
I usually make a big batch during the weekend to last me all week.
this oil-free granola has the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth which makes it wonderful for an afternoon snack.
It’s packed with wholesome ingredients like nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and oats!
I love having it with a glass of watermelon lemonade after my midday run to refuel my body, so satisfying, and delicious!
When I eat this granola I feel like I meet my daily quota of nuts and seeds in one go!
I usually use organic pumpkin seeds, dates, homemade cashew butter, cinnamon, I don’t use salt as my nut butter already has some!
Gluten-free whole oats, dried cranberries, raisins, or both.
Mix the dates with 4 ounces of hot water, ( I never remember to pre-soak my dates) and the nut butter in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Add the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add the date mixture, and combine well.
Next, I layer the oat mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes. I usually give it a good shuffle midway to ake sure everything is cooked evenly.
I enjoy my granola with more dried fruits or fresh fruits served with nut milk, most of the time its coconut milk or rice milk ( My two favorites)!
