I made this chocolate oatmeals cookies with my daughter this morning.
Baking is one of those technology free activities we love doing on Saturdays afternoon. She loves baking!
I think goji berries add a nice twist to them! I am not always a fan of raisins, neither is my daughter.
These chocolate oatmeals cookies are chewy, soft, delicious, and so easy to make!
Letting the dough rest for 30 minutes before baking makes those chocolate chips oatmeal cookies turn chewier and softer.
